Sometimes it is really good when they get the order right. I have been a vegetarian for over 30 yrs. They have put meat in my all vegetarian ordered food 4 different times. So double check everything beforehand; but it should not be like that.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a bunch of food for me and my family. I got home and everything was freezing cold like it had been sitting out. I live pretty close to this location so the food should have been warm still. It’s ridiculous because I spent a lot of money just for the food to be cold. Not going back to this location, terrible service.

The third time they mess up my order, “bring the food back to exchange” yea my kids were hungry also waited over 25 mins for my food. There quick to charge supreme price (which is what I ordered) but i received crunchy only. Didnt even offer to refund the extra money that I payed for Supreme! Really lousy customer service! Never again. My wife did tell me that location sucks!

Ordered food for delivery, spent $50 because of the ridiculous fees (not taco bells fault). Tipped my driver $5 on the card and $5 in person for a $30 order that cost $50 because of delivery and tip. And we got nothing that we asked for, literally nothing we ordered. Not even one packet of hot sauce. $50 wasted while people make $18 an hour to do this job.

Manager was rude and disrespectful. They need to be fired. Told me they didn’t have food in stock that they did have and then closed breakfast at 10:45 because she didn’t want to deal with making it anymore. If you’re not going to stand by your standards then leave the company.

Do not order delivery from the app for this store. When they mess up your order (not if), they will not give you your money back for things you did not receive. I requested multiple times to have someone get back to me about me missing half my order and nothing. So pay the extra money to go thru the doordash app they give you your money back and in a timely manner.
