Wow! It took three managers and two associates to get a side of sour cream that came with my burrito. Ridiculous. The manager was the first person of contact and stood there and ignored me and so I had to go through two associates and meant to managers. It was crazy. It is hard to find good help as in I mean employees..

You litterally have no button for to order your items your “bringing back” and the cashier doesnt have the commonsince to add item manually! The manager laughs at you like we are being difficult becuase we dont esnt to mobile order or kiosh order food when we came in to order with a actual person! Taco johns wouldnt do that! Or del taco! This is why 15 bucks an hiur is to much. The managers you hire at your henderson location in porterville ca are incompetent, lack experience dealing with unsatisfied customers! Train your people better and give them the opportunity to help your profits by adding a simple button to the menu! Smh taco smell!

Very very small food my bean burritos were so small and the 5 layer was the same size about 80% tortilla don’t even get me started on the cantina crispy taco the chicken was the size of a nugget.

Our server, cashier was wonderful from beginning to end. My daughter knows what she wants. Very independent so I let her order. The gentleman at the server was patient, n very very attentive to us. Plus I believe he was training super great attitude.

I’ve had the worse service at this Taco Bell, the manager seems to not have any training and not professional at all. Instead of helping you she gets an attitude and ends up more upset than the paying customer. They never get the online orders correct, you pay extra for sauces and stuff you never get. It’s the worse, they’re the closes one to our home but we will definitely be going out of our way to avoid them.

Love the food, which is very reliable and addictive. However, my order was (again) incomplete and required (again) another inside trip since the drive thru was occupied and I didn’t want to eat cold food! I recommend thoroughly checking your order to ensure it’s completeness and correctness. Also, the last 3 times I’ve visited I have NOT received a receipt nor the extra sides of creamy jalapeno that I ordered and paid for. Perhaps I’ll try the other location in town next to avoid these issues.

I went about 2:30pm, not busy. My flat bread tack was thrown together. Half of it had sauce and the other half did not. My bean n cheese burrito was good but they didn’t add extra red sauce as requested.
