Disappointed that they have done away with almost everything we liked there. We used to go almost daily…now not very often. Bring back the tostata and french fries! Too few vegetarian options…no longer able to add a spoonful of rice to the beans to make a compete protein without additional cost.

Always have a problem with the order made incorrect. Ask for NO SOUR CREAM and you will definately get sour cream. Even the receipt says NO sour cream. Sierra mist tasted AWFUL like MILDEW! Why cant they clean the soda spouts, and get orders correct? Like EVER??

If you want to dine in, they aren’t equipped for that. They required that I use the Self Serve Order kiosk because they were apparently counting the money in the ONLY CASH DRAWER they have inside. So I placed my order myself, paid for it, got my receipt and proceeded to wait 30 minutes for them to bring me my food. During that time they processed 26 cars in the drive-thru. When my food arrived they called my name and unceremoniously dumped the bag on the counter and walked away. So I asked if I could have the drink cups and they said did you order drinks? I said I got two combos. They said ‘you have to ask for those’. So they gave me two large drinks cups. I said one of the drinks was a mango freeze, which is not available out here in the self-serve area. They took one cup back, and returned with a medium size mango freeze. It is obvious they have no idea what I ordered, and no intention of dealing with somebody who had the audacity to come INSIDE the building. I’ve recently been asked to sign a petition for fast food workers to earn $22 an hour. Considering how much I had to do on my own, I would say they’d have to share at least 50% of that with me. I will not be going back. Next time I get a craving for tacos, this is Bakersfield. there’s a billion other places to get them. Oh, one last thing. This was the SECOND Taco Bell I went to that hour because the first one had no counter people, also required me to use the kiosk, and the kiosk would only allow me to choose diet Pepsi, or punch flavored Gatorade to go with my combo. While attempting to get this resolved it was obvious that I was interrupting them so I left and went to this store. SOOO DONE.

I didn’t even care if my order was correct today, because I was completely blown away by a friendly and inviting young man that took our order through the drive thru. Getting to hear an upbeat person at their job is a breath of fresh air! So many people seem to have a$$ their job these days, and he truly seemed happy. He is the reason Taco Bell gets 5 stars today!
