Do these people ever do anything right? Always missing one item, always messing up the order. Please check your order before you leave or eat it because I will guarantee they’ve done something wrong. Worst of all is that they literally just don’t care and chat all the time anyway. Why even work there if you hate it that bad? Man I wish they had closer taco bells nearby because driving 17 minutes for this garbage is ridiculous.

This place is average at best. The staff was really disrespectful at one point since I’ve gone, I’m glad they did some house cleaning and took out the trash. The orders are always wrong, but you get what you pay for. Also it’s Lancaster, what do you expect? The only reason I didn’t leave 2 stars was because the last time I went, I only had one wrong item . Keep it up everyone, someday you’ll be considered “decent”.

Changing my review only because I’ve encountered the similar scenario where I place a mobile order for a specific sandwich to be done as they have advertised it on their menu but what I paid for is not what I’ve gotten as my order and that’s happened over three different times now even though their customer service was excellent enough to replace the burrito that I bought with a different one and let me keep the one they made by mistake which is 100% noticeable of what I ordered initially the customer service is great they’re very kind and helpful but please make sure you guys ordered exactly what you have placed to order especially through mobile orders because they seem to not read the menu thoroughly and they always mess up with my items I don’t mind coming back into correct it but I’m starting to feel shy about doing this so I might have to go to a different location

Again this was very impressive. I’m used to the ones down in Van Nuys and they’re pretty good but lately the beef does not taste too good to me at the one in Van Nuys and I did not try it here in antelope valley at the one at L and West 30th. So I always substitute with steak since they I think they changed their hamburger recipe year to go I’m sorry they’re beef recipe. Very professional very clean very quick I would highly recommend this place. And irony just to mention is that the prices are noticeably less than they are than the ones down at their counterparts in Van Nuys. Very impressed I’m going to be eating here a lot.

$5 box combos are the best! Just came out of Taco Bell and somewhat bothered. Management was repramanding an employee for all to hear and laughing at his mistakes. Very unprofessional. I’m not sure what her name is but a little advice, counsel your employees privately and instead of laughing show some sympathy and retrain your employee so they can do better. I felt really bad for him and my dinner was not a pleasant one.
