On 7/25 around 7:30pm, I made an in store order and an online order. Only one person paid attention to me as I waited longer than usual for my order. This one blonde-ish haired lady who seemed to get off her break helped me at the kiosk and my online order. I wish I got her name to give her a big shoutout.

Restaurant is filthy! Food and trash on the floor. Place smells like sewer upon entrance. Poor customer service. Customer came in complaining about drive thru order and they still couldn’t get it right. Was forced to use kiosk instead of direct customer service. STAY AWAY!

I’m not a big fan of this place and we had no choice after driving in late into Vegas. We ordered soft chicken tacos and chicken quesadillas was okay. I don’t have much to say about this place as I do not usually go to a good place. It was one of those times when I didn’t have any options.

Was there 8/5/22 at 4:30pm. The cashier was nice and courteous, as two others were also, that I talked to. Good & quick service. This crew is good, I say that because I haven’t been back to this store in a while because of service was so bad. Kudos Taco Bell, I will not call this location Taco Hell anymore ; )

Food is pretty much par for the course. Same ingredients as any other taco bell. However, this joint completely butchers drink portions. The regular baja freeze is pretty pricy as it is. I was more baffled to see the amount they put in the already small cup. It’s pretty much safe to say I was missing out on a good 1/3 of my drink, it does not help the fact that I got 2. This place rips you off. I’d rather drive a little further down next time to the other taco bell that’s on Palmdale Blvd. Fix your damn portions, please!
