I asked for extra spicy ranch on my taco and when I got it I noticed there wasn’t any extra, so I went back around and asked, when we told them the situation over the speaker they explained it was in the taco so we went to the window and showed them but they said there was extra when it was right in front of them, when we asked if they could put more the manager refused, I’ve been getting this taco with extra spicy ranch at any location I visit and I know what extra looks like, I’ve had this problem one other time before with this location, this what in Thursday at 7:59

Horrible experience I warn you do not use your card here and if you do double check after you leave, I just went there on 19 July 2023 ordered food get home eat my food. I happen to look at my mobile banking and see that I got charged an extra 13.93 and did not make that purchase call to figure out what happened. All they can tell me is to oh well you can just dispute it.

Recently remodeled interior. Very clean. Got a kick out of the trainee behind the counter…. He was nervous. Food was warm at most.., and it was cold inside. I don’t know why restaurants have it so cold inside when it’s 50 outside. It cools your food to quick.

This was a terrible mistake. My wife and I were both sick at home with Covid. Tired of chicken soup and orange juice so we attempted our first online order and delivery of Taco Bell. This did not go well. Our order was completely wrong and cold. The delivery driver was seriously unapologetic and did nothing to help and after making multiple phone calls to the location and only getting a machine it was clear that this location cares little about their customers. I have been to this location before and even on site they screw up orders. I’ve always liked Taco Bell and it’s really too bad that their service sucks so bad. Maybe they just need a new manager or something but it looks like in the future I will have to take my business elsewhere.
