Went earlier today and the manager was so amazing and sweet. Everything in my order was correct and hot. It’s rare when i get out and eat fast food so wanted to try something new and she sold me on chalupa and nacho fries will deffinitely be returning for more delicious food.

Literally just came back and I’m so upset. I go up to the speaker and place my order, it was a toasted chalupa box with no tomato with a Baja Blast and three crunchy tacos also with no tomato.first red flag was the guy didn’t tell my my total till I went up to the window and second red flag was he didn’t ask what kind of sauce I wanted. So I pull up and wait let say three minutes at most for him to take me money and ask for my receipt. I said yes but he never gave it to me. He then gave me my food and that was that. I got home and noticed I had 4 crunchy tacos and a chalupa with cinnamon twists that i didn’t even order. I cannot believe how badly this worker messed up. And I can’t even go back and fix it because he forgot to give me my receipt. It’s always a problem with this one but never this bad of a problem.
