The front end cashier was amazing. We went at 5;15pm 3/31/23 McDonald’s locked their doors on us and Toco Bell welcomed us in the lobby. Our boxes were all correct and hot. Thank you Taco Bell team

I love going here sometimes to get their doritos locos taco. I also get their ranch grilled chicken burrito, it’s probably one of the best things on the menu and it’s only 3 bucks! I usually get two tacos and then burrito and sometimes add beans in them both, with a drink and it’s around 9 – 10 bucks. Pretty cheap imo. It’s filling and tasty at the same time! When you walk in there’s usually no body there but people go through the drive through. The employees there are pretty awesome at doing what they do, take my order and my food comes out withen 5 to 10 minutes, it’s insane! And it comes out nice and hot and it’s just heaven from there. So I would recommend going here if you want something filling and fast!

I’ve read the reviews n from what I can c there is a woman named Diana who is just terrible twice I’ve had my order taken bye another customer because she chose not to say my name for the order so I new it was ready when they don’t give number they tell u put ur name and they have u order on kiosk which isn’t bad but they ask how much hot sauce n u type it in not only did she not give me the sauce also not my drink n just walked away when I was trying to talk to her and when she did finally come back mind u it’s quite in the store I tell her I want mild sauce clear as can be and she goes and grabs fire sauce leave again when I try tell her it’s wrong and just has a horrible attitude very bad representation for how a employee should be n over all horrible person should not be working the window or register

Extremely poor customer service at the drive thru. Lady wasn’t answering my questions. Got to the window, paid, and was immediately told to go around and park at the front to wait for my food. I. WAS. THE. ONLY. CAR!!!!!!!!!!!! What shocked me even more was one of the employees when my food was ready. Luckily I looked up and saw her inside waving for me to drive around again to get my food!!!! Got to my hotel and was beyond disappointed with the food. They are extremely scarce with the food.

I had a terrible experience with the Mexican Pizza, which is my favorite item in the menu. It was horrible. The tortilla was greasy and the overall presentation was sloppy. I did make a comment to Taco Bell about it and they did replace it, but it still wasn’t to the standards that I remember before they discontinued it.

This Taco Bell is so bad. The food quality is never fresh, even for the breakfast items when they’re first open. The orders I’ve had are often made incorrectly or missing items. Please go somewhere else. The only reason this TB is not getting one star is because it’s close to where I live so it’s convenient to get to, and there are some staff members that are great at customer service. The line employees really need to get more focused, management needs to be more involved, or their food quality needs to be checked more often from the source. Fix it. There’s no excuse for this. Thank you to the members that get great reviews, you know who you are.
