Worst customer service I have ever experienced from Junior and Rebecca. I have been at this location multiple times where they have always gotten my order wrong mainly the beans, or they talk rudely. Rest of the workers seem to be fine. They need to replace these workers.

Very disappointed with the amount of sauce they gave on the side. We asked for 3 creamy jalapeño sauces on the side and all of them were not even half filled less than that even. As a regular costumer at this taco bell location they normally give us sauces half filled but now they giving less than that. Come on taco bell do better, stop being cheap with the sauce.

This location seriously needs to be looked at…it’s scary how terrible this location is. My taco shells were hard, I waited forever for my order, the staff is extremely unfriendly, the restaurant itself was filthy, the garbage cans were full, and the worst part was that the employees were all wearing gloves…Anyone who works in food service knows that gloves as extremely unsanitary. I watched the kitchen crew for 15 minutes while I waited and not once did anyone take their gloves off, wash their hands, and put fresh gloves on. They need to be changing their gloves constantly if they are going to be wearing them. Also, some guy was going on his break and I watched him make himself something to eat while on his cellphone YUCK. I’ll stick to the Shaw and Armstrong location!

The customer service and quality has gone down noticeably this year. I was the only one in line and it took them 20 minutes to take my order. A young girl came up while playing on her phone. I guess she was going on break and couldn’t be bothered to let anyone know I was there. The manager came out and took my order. He was great.
