We waited 30 minutes for our food before going to see what was going on. The staff said that they “didn’t see the order.” I’m not sure how that’s possible. We ordered at the kiosk inside, the order certainly went through. The money was paid. That was extremely frustrating. We got our food and it was good, and they gave us some extra treats for free. It seemed like other people were having problems with their orders too. Either the staff didn’t know what they were doing or they were having some technical difficulties.

Ok…just go with this…idk what it is but the food here seems to be fresher/ cleaner tasting ( if that makes sense) then the Taco Bell closer to me. I will come here from now on, even though Taco Bell has raised their price too much for beans and cheese! Any more increases in price, is a wrap for me i won’t buy food anymore from Taco Bell.

This Sunnyvale location is better than the MT View location, where the service is rushed with little take help. The best one closed in MT View on El Camino, where the service and help was excellent and the food was consistently great. Today’s crunchy tacos Supreme were not as crisp as they use to be and tended to break as they were not really crisp enough. Thanks
