Went to Taco Bell outlet in Livermore California, ordered their new Crispy Chicken Taco, normal Chicken Taco and Potatoes Taco. Crispy Chicken was really awesome and different then others. Service was excellent and price also very reasonable.

If you are ordering takeout or drive thru, check your meal to ensure it is prepared to standard. I ordered the chicken chalupa meal and one chalupa had 5 tiny pieces of chicken, the other had 1 regular piece of chicken. The staff went out of their way to drown both in lettuce, cheese, and sour cream to mask the fact they did not put much chicken. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get one. Of course they won’t respond to this. Eat anywhere but Taco Bell.

Put beef instead of beans. The bill and the order clearly stated to substitute beef with beans for cheesy gordita crunch. Has messed up the order before also. Not the right place to dine if you have diet restrictions, they can easily mess up.
