Drive thru line takes forever… So I went inside. It feels like they don’t want customers in here anymore. Weird vibe. No music. Just the humming of the machines, the drive thru chatter and crunching of taco shells. They won’t acknowledge customers and want you to use the kiosk. That’s the only choice.

Customer service is horrible at this location. I had to wait 15 minutes and then I asked for my order and they were like oh we are making it even tho in the app it said for 30 minutes that it was being made. They didn’t even give me my drink cup until I asked were my food was. Workers are slow at helping customers and it’s poorly managed. I will not be coming back.

Just went to this spot on my lunch break, some guys getting arrested, a different random crack head is standing on the retaining wall harassing customers through the drive through, and the child who took my order was full of attitude and rudeness.

I ordered 5 items and 2 of them were veggie mexican pizzas. I went home and gave one to my mom and while she was eating she tasted beef and threw up after. My family does not eat meat at all and this was a very bad experience. The staff needs to be more careful while making orders.

It’s taco bell. Everytime I order through there website,there staff seem to mess it up every single time. If I go in person,in store it’s less likely since I check the food before leaving and drive thru gets it 95% of the time

When someone orders extra sour cream, that means on the items, not in a cup, and that means sour cream, not ranch. You see, it’s a tradition with me that dates back to high school, when I got a burrito supreme, I always got it with extra sour cream, in fact, in the summer of 1985, me, my friend, and her boyfriend would walk across the street and get the $1 burrito supreme on a regular basis, it was a great time to be a kid, we’d sit outside in the heat, eating, talking, drinking, laughing, and so when I have a burrito supreme it’s always with extra sour cream in honor of those days, this time I paid three times for extra sour cream but got one ranch instead.

Well. It’s Tacobell. I can’t logically give 5 stars to the food simply because, well, it’s Tacobell! But seriously, the staff here are friendly and I’ve never had an incorrect order. If you want Tacobell this location is a good example of how one should be run.
