Beans burnt and cold in my bean burrito. Absolutely horrible! I went in the morning when they first opened so I’m thinking they reused beans and didn’t finish warning it up. My over $5 cheesy gordita crunch had no crunch, little cheese and no sauce which is the best part of this product. Sad part is I had made them remake this twice because the first two were worse which is hard to believe. This place doesn’t deserve the brand name they are killing.

They grabbed my food with there hands not using gloves n costumer service was bad ignoring me for more then 5 mins waiting in lane manager was rude and making me order my food fast n saying it’s this much when I wasn’t even done ordering asked for hot sauce n have me diablo sauce and still got mad or made a face because I told him I wanted hot sauce I recommend to all you guys to stay away from that place there really bad at everything

Taco surprise. Lol looks like a tostada. No hot suace. Was after lunch rush and seemed premade. Had to eat with a spoon when I got home. And dont get me started on the burrito surprise I ate. No typo . I was surprised only half ended up in my lap. Used to love this place what happened to the old manager
