I dont know who does quality control at this store but whoever looked at my food and thought it was okay to leave like that is wrong. I just left probably about 15-20 minutes ago and am not driving all the way back just so they can make me one taco. I got the crispy chicken taco box and this is what the chicken looks like… it looks like a little nugget. I even scooted the chicken over to show you that its literally half the size of the tortilla. They didn’t even give me a receipt other than the charge showing on my credit card. Super disappointed. All other items were fine.

So I have been going to this taco bell for about 2 years now since it’s close to work.. they have consistently forgot my drink order even though I have pretty much the same order over and over , I would have to say 9/10 times they forget I had a drink to being with and have to check the order consistently. Today however I ordered online though the mobile app for scheduled pick up at 9:30 , I got there at 9:34 ish and they said the order was cancelled because I didn’t get there in time. So I ordered a new one. They refused to do anything about the order or refund saying online is online. This isn’t the only issue with the staff here or what I am guessing is the manager.

Spoiler Alert: Stay Away from this Taco Bell! Ordered ahead on the app, but arrived to be told they “weren’t ready to open yet” despite the fact it was 7:30am and they were supposed to be open at 7am (their hours posted in the window even stated this). Neither employee knew how to issue a refund for the order I paid for. Only after I asked for I manager’s name (Laticia?) was I apologized to. I have since contacted corporate and filed a complaint. Lesson learned: Stay away from this particular Taco Bell!

The parking lot needs to be paved and re striped. I use a disabled parking plackard. The disabled spaces at this location are not marked properly and the disabled ramp is inconvenient.

Drive way customer be careful, the people working there are charging combo prices for single item, I just bought two chicken chalupa’s and he charged me 10.71$ as combo meal, it was too late for me to go back ask for it. Try skipping this location.

Went for drive through and they got the entire order wrong. I asked specifically for beans but they put beef. Ordered 4 taquitos and got only 2. They also forget the guacamole dip. How wrong can one order be. Lady did not even speak proper english. The person at the window seemed very inattentive. I feel cheated. Will never visit this store again.

Went through the drive thru tonight at 11:00pm. My order was quite simple but the lady inside could not understand it no matter how many different ways I said it. A #2 supreme with a sprite. 2 crunchy tacos and a Mexican pizza. When she repeated the order it was more then 50% incorrect. I tried to explain multiple ways that there should be a total of 5 tacos and a Mexican pizza. She still could not grasp it. After telling her we should start over she finally got the order right. Then I get to the hotel and go to pull the soft shells tacos out the bag and they placed the tacos upside down so when I grab them they slide out the wrapper and end up all over the bottom of the bag. I definitely feel they did it deliberately. I would not recommend using this Taco Bell. I would personally drive an extra 20 minutes to get to another Taco Bell.
