Worst visit yet. I placed an order on the app at 6:14 PM. I didn’t get my order until 7:07 PM. Since I had ordered through the app, they couldn’t even give me my money back. My order was missing 8 items, but again, they couldn’t help me. App feedback accomplished nothing. Nobody contacted me as requested. I’m thinking I’ll just dispute the charge with my bank. Won’t return to this location again, just a ridiculous wait time and bad order accuracy.

Ordered through food delivery app. 3 crunchy tacos (a combo meal) and a quesadilla. 3 of the crunchy tacos were ordered “customized” with red sauce in them. A bunch of the “Fire” sauce was ordered as well since there’s a section to specify the number of packets you want. We added about 15 because we like it so much. They gave us 2 sauces. And 1 napkin. 1 of the tacos was BEYOND spicy (and we like spicy). This location is usually really good too.

So this was crazy. I was heading to Wendy’s which is 1 block from taco bell. Well, there was 2 Petaluma police in Wendy’s parking lot. Middle of the parking lot, car stopped in front of them. Totally blocking the driveway.

I love olive garden but waiting more than a hour and 15 minutes for my food is ridiculous. I spent more than 5 minutes ordering and then they decide to tell me after I order that my food won’t be available for another 75 minutes. No stars for them.

I’ve been going to this taco bell all my life. I’ve traded in the bicycle for a car and my 89¢ burrito is now over priced but alas this is the taco bell. I try to avoid it when the kids at SSU show up but aside from August, it’s not very busy.
