Is a pretty busy spot. The poor workers were getting berated by a mean woman when I walked in. I wish workers had more rights to kick out unkind patrons. I’d recommend drive through and being kind to the workers. New yellow bird nacho fries are small but delicious.

Jacqueline Q was extremely rude, wouldn’t even let us finish ordering and cut us off. We had to drive to the window without finishing our order so we didn’t even continue ordering and went to Wendy’s next door. Way better customer service as Jaqueline didn’t even greet us. The order was completely wrong. I asked for water to go and she said the filter is broken which is the same thing she said a few weeks ago when I came to this location. This person should not work here and is not a good representation of any front staff member. I put this location in my phone as a do not return. She was probably one of the most rude fast food workers I experienced.

Ordered a simple meal with soft taco supremes 2 bean burritos and cinnabon coffee. They were out like usual for the cinnabon coffee. No big deal. Male and female were both taking my order simultaneously and couldn’t hear over each other. . .6 minutes as only car in drive thru. Finally got food and parked outside to eat it. Tacos were plain not supreme so since I opened one I ate it while waiting in the drive thru again. Explained the situation and everyone at the window got snarky with me. I had to prove a taco wasn’t really a “bean burrito” and open it to show them the tacos were in fact plain. They made me hand my whole bag of food in the window while they went through it all. This was like 2 seconds after me having left the drive thru and returning it. Is crime so bad that taco bell thinks people who come in drive thru are trying to pull a swaparoo on bean burrito and soft taco supremes? Needless to say I waited 4 more minutes for an order to be handed out. Now I’m sitting here about to open this ill begotten gain… Ridiculous. It’s ok to make mistakes but to act like it’s my fault you can’t perform a simple task at a simple job… Not cool . Never did get my receipt back to leave a taco bell review. …not going to wait 10 more minutes either

Wow… That was the RUDEST and most aggressive and unprofessional experience I have ever had with any service workers, and mind you I am a service worker so I always make it a point to be very polite and respectful to other service workers. I greeted the worker at the drive thru box and was immediately met by such a rude and rushed woman. I could barely complete my order before she started YELLING “ANYTHING ELSE?!” over and over again… I was shocked which was why i paused but not even a millisecond would pass before she kept yelling “ANYTHING ELSE?!” like??? All i could think was “Can you calm down?” lol but I didn’t want to return her rudeness. I got up to the window to pay and all I could hear was her boisterous, obnoxious voice shouting in Spanish, accusing me of being under the influence — I don’t drink or smoke… and quite literally nothing that I did or said could have suggested anything of the sort; I’m assuming that she was just looking for any excuse for her ugly and disgusting behavior. The small latino boy/man behind the window just laughing along, only made me feel more uncomfortable and upset. He handed my food to me without saying a single word. I was so sad and shocked but i mustered the courage to just say “You’re welcome, have a good night.” just to show him what a kind person SHOULD and would say. Conveniently, he didn’t put the reciept with his name on it in my bag… Two of the rudest service workers I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering and I hope they get the same ugly and disgusting energy back.

Luke took our order and he was very sweet! Lily an elderly lady was making our food and another older man… they were very friendly and made our food perfect. I felt bad because it was so busy and these sweet older people who could by my grandparents were working swiftly.

The tacos that we received here were not filled with anything other than a small tablespoon of fillings. When I went back to show the manager “Maryluz” she was very defensive and argued with me that it was an acceptable amount of fillings and that if i wanted a normal taco i would have to ask for “extras”. Every other Taco Bell that I’ve been to has always been accommodating and i have never needed to ever ask for assistance after my order has been placed. This is my first time ever complaining however I’ve been eating Taco Bell for over 20 years. I just moved to Petaluma and i used to love Taco Bell so i hope that they get their act together. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with this location.

This Taco Bell is so terrible. They always get stuff wrong and forget items, usually the main item of your meal. And they’ve had an issue with drinks for what seems like months now. It’s terrible.
