Literally just terrible experience. Cashier couldn’t hear me and ordered every single item a la carte, costing me way too much. Not only that, they didn’t remove tomato or sour cream as requested. The sour cream is way too much and is just gobbed over everything to where you can’t even wipe it away and my kid is refusing to eat it. The food is going to the dog. Absolutely no way am I ever returning. Especially after they kept asking me to remove my mask. Unbelievable

Today was my last visit to this location. Ive had it! Years ago when they offered the enchirito, my husband and I got some late night food from this location, a fee hours later I was billowed over the toilet vomiting. I stayed away for years. Now that I have kids, its a pain to always drive to 10th street to get good, decent taco bell. I gave this place another try. Recently there is a man who works here that never gets my order correct and he has a rude attitude like im ordering too much. Bro you picked the job, not me. So today’s experience is great. Ordered my food, the young female at the window was giving me my change and a dollar bill blew from her hands. She kept telling me its right there. Under my car, this chicks wants me to fish for my own change. Instead of giving me another dollar from the register she made me chase money that was her mistake. Ive given so much money to taco bell over the span of my life, its a real shame this happened. Never ever again will you catch me at this location.

Not the friendliest crew here, but they manage to get your order correct most of the time. Food quality is mostly fresh. But it is taco bell so your expectations are probably not real high, right! I wish somebody here cared about customer service even just a smidgen. When they get your order wrong, one of the employees hands you your food and walks away. I have never received an apology from anyone here of any kind. 11/26/2022 I did have a very polite girl take my order, should have gotten her name. App refused to let me order and some deals are only available on the app.
