Totally disrespected by the young lady who Got mad at me because she didn’t properly hear my order.. Then the manager comes out talks to her and I proceed to get yelled at disrespected and scolded in front of customers. I tell them that they can read about it on the reviews and they proceed to tell me that they’re not gonna waste their time with me as I’m walking out the door !!. Embarrassing for your staff whoever you are Mr. Owner……… Mind you I’m in San Jose. On 19 market st!!……please I’ve been a manager in the food chain industry .Not cool,how did she get that position with such a mouth?. Light skinned Hispanic woman with tattoos on her forearms….

Pretty nice, though small on the inside. Surprised to see the options of adding alcohol to certain drinks, but I already knew about before going there. I had no alcohol & chose a mango-peach tea! I loved it!! So much better than their unsweetened tea, that’s for sure.
