The amount of beans/sauce and cheese they put inside their regular bean burritos has dwindled down to almost nothing. A regular bean burrito from this location is basically just a tortilla, and usually a crusty one too. They used to be bomb..filled with a healthy amount. Ownership must be terrible.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered the 5-layer beefy burrito with no sour cream + plain nachos (chips & cheese). I got home and the burrito had sour cream on it and the chips smelled like they were cooked in bad/old oil. Gross. Then, I tried to call to tell them and they won’t answer their phone.

If you like taco bell, you like North American style food, this is that and a bit more. With the app on your phone you can customize your food anyway you like and let’s say you don’t like dairy, you go to the fresco style for all your food. You want extra meat for your tacos, just add it to whatever it is you’re eating. If you wanna take anything away you can do that too. I recommend everything with beans instead of beef, also anything with chicken is a good choice here, the service will be fast you’ll have a nice meal for a nice price.

It’s so sad to see the decline of customer service and pride in people’s establishments. I came in for a mobile order at 7:30pm it was wed the 1st and the younger 2 kids who worked the end of the line where they finish the tacos etc.. and bag them up, well the kid finishes mine and walks it over to the mobile pick up and I ask if it’s my name on it he said yes and turns around, I had a drink that he forgot and I very politely tried to get his attention asking about 4 or 5 times until I notice he turns to his friend working next to him and they are LAUGHING at me. I get angry at this point and put my hands in the air and finally the kid who was laughing along with the extremely rude and arrogant other child finally said “oh someone else will get it” Then they go back to laughing at me. I’m calling corporate about this.

Ever since they hired new employees the quality has gone down hill, my orders are always wrong, they forget items. They used to be great, and I’d frequent this establishment regularly because I thought it to be the best taco bell in town but, not anymore. I gotta say I’m quite disappointed in whoever is making the food.
