Went on Friday 08/25/23 at 8:20pm and the girl at the speaker in the drive thru had a very disgusting attitude. I had just asked her what the price difference was between a combo and the same things but without a soda. She proceeded to talk to me in a very bad tone and I immediately got a red flag and left the drive thru.

I went in to this taco bell 8/23/23 at 10:40am I’m not one to normally complain. But I went inside to this establishment when there was no one there, not even in the drive thru. I walked up to the register to give my order and the lady straight up would not take my order she told me to use the kiosk instead of doing her job. A very unpersonable experience. I wouldn’t recommend going to this establishment.

Okay, huge health code violations going on here . There was no toilet seat, no door in the restroom stall and the sink was clogged so I couldn’t wash my hands . When I asked the employees they didn’t seem to care. Then when i checked my order they had forgotten an item . All around it was a bad experience

Absolutely horrible customer service. I’ve gone to many taco bells, but this one only twice, both times something has gone wrong. The first time they missed an item on my order and when I called about it the person very rudely told me that they were a manager and the item I ordered doesn’t exist, when it very clearly stated it on my receipt, and hung up on me. I never got my food or my refund because it “doesn’t exist” and there was “nothing they could do about it.”

3/14/23 long wait for simple order. Small portions in tacos. No fire sauce which is why I wanted to eat here. They still only wanted to give me 4 hot packets. Since when does taco bell act like 8 taco sauce packet breaks the bank? While there i watched the manager/owner park in the only handicapped spot and go straight to the back, wow.
