DO NOT ORDER INSIDE. I ordered 3 burritos and a large drink inside, and it took nearly 30 minutes for my order to come out, 8:42 pm to 9:10 pm. While waiting, I watched car after car after car get served their food in the drive through. The food as always was great but the service was terrible as they didn’t even give me my drink, I had to ask for it.

Order was incorrect and my Mexican pizza tasted expired. Absolutely disgusting and made me throw it up from its odd taste. Never ordering from this tacobell again. Edit: I did order a Doordash and the bag was not sealed (not ripped but taco bell didn’t seal the bag but instead taped a straw to the side and folded the bag closed).

Taco Bell strikes again! Got home with my order and nothing I ordered was in the bag. They gave me someone else’s smaller order. Shame on me for not holding up the line and checking the contents of the bag. I tend to trust they get it right. Wrong! I’m sure they owe me money as well.

Every time I go through I have a great experience with the EMPLOYEES. The last few times I’ve gone through the line there’s been a woman who I assume is the manager. I never hear her do anything but yell insults and profanities at her young, teenage employees. One time it was a roughly 16 yo serving me and she started to cry while handing me my food because the so called manager was yelling at her. I work in a fast food as a floor manager and can not even comprehend yelling at my coworkers the way she does. I would give them a low rating just because of that woman but the employees there are too awesome for a bad review.
