Come to this Taco Bell if you want the slowest experience you’ve ever had. At a Taco Bell, none of the service is friendly. And they’re not in any mood to hurry up in any way. Every time I come here. I wait at least 15 minutes in line.

I live in shingle springs and drove here because the taco bell near me takes 45+ minutes. After tonight ill never go to taco bell again. Spent $15 on 3 items and they were garbage. One of the burritos was literally almost empty.

I got serious food poisoning from this place and am seriously considering further action. I may need to go to the hospital. I’m not sure WHAT they do the the food there or under what conditions it is stored but this is TRULY the worst food poisoning experience I’ve ever had in my life. Please do not ever go here and do not take your children here.

I wish I had thought to take photos but this was the dirtiest taco bell I have ever been to. For it to be in a neighborhood of such gorgeous house you would think they would have a nice clean environment but I was so wrong. The windows were filthy. The bathroom sink looked as if someone had thrown up in it. Then there were all kinds of wrappers on the ground where they cook the food. The dining area was very noisy due to a certain machine placed at the counter. I was in shock for sure. Maybe it was because it was nearing the end of the day. Who knows but I couldn’t believe how dirty it was.

I previously left a slightly better review detailing how I was upset by the customer service and cleanliness here but, I’m now changing it to this, the location is an absolute dumpster fire, they WILL be out of something you want almost guaranteed, they take orders poorly and you absolutely HAVE to sit in the drive through check your bags or they 100 percent will have made something wrong or forgotten an item, the place is a joke and the drive through is always a disaster
