I ordered a veggie nacho bell grande. This cost about 8 bucks. Barely enough beans, tomatoes, sour cream. I don’t know how this would add up to 8 bucks.

Worst service I have ever seen!!! order a number 6 with no people in front of me waited 15mins!! girl upfront had an attitude when i asked her for sauce she grabbed 2 and tossed it on the counter and i said sorry but i need more grabbed 4 more and tossed up on the counter again and didn’t even look at me she turned like they had drive thru or orders or something ( might be rushing to her phone to text) 15 mins later i wanted a refill then she said no refills you need to buy another drink if you want another one. I said well where does it say that? also you did not tell me that this taco bell have no refills. She then said well you didn’t ask me. I said am i suppose to? because every taco bell i go to even its it in the mall they refill drinks. She than said LOOK DO YOU WANT ONE OR NOT? IF NOT YOU NEED TO LEAVE!! I run multiple restaurants and if one of my employee’s talk like that to a guest they would be fired on the spot. This lady was rude and very unprofessional and seems like she did not like working there. Oh and the nose ring that looks like a bull omg I can’t believe they will even hire a person with that personality and image, I worked for Yum brands for a long time and this never happens, I guess after Covid they lower the standards. Don’t go here unless you want to be cheated for more of your money.

Extremely slow when producing food orders. Confusion amongst paying customers of not being able to hear name or number being called when food is ready (atmosphere is very loud). Over crowding of customers near counter waiting for purchased items. Lack of product availability. Cashier was very polite.

Well my visit here today was good the service for a simple quesadilla with cheese was perfect literly just the wait time til the cheese was melted is all it took and it was wrapped and in a bag sealed and delivered to me at the counter with a smile from the young lady that made it. I wish all my visits to other locations were this easy and perfect Thank you very much and my picky kiddo says “Thank you it was perfect!”

I came to the mall with my mother and we stopped by Taco Bell to eat. A man there named Kenneth was working and dealing with a lady who was extremely demanding. He did everything she asked with professionalism and then helped my mother and I. He was extremely respectful and didn’t let the previous encounter transfer over to ours. He kept a smile on his face and had a great attitude. He went above and beyond for us as I am picky. He was absolutely wonderful! I can’t wait to see him and his great energy my next visit.

Closed again. So, it seems to be a staffing issue or employees not wanting to work. Saw two standing in the back on phones and told me they were “closed”, didnt say they were on a break, like the small hand written sign said. Not enough staff? Seven people walked by complaining they are often closed for “breaks”, but its far longer than 10-15 minutes and sometimes more than 30. The food here is fine, but often slow service when they are open. Needs management oversight i think.
