I’m a regular for Taco Bell. This location is pretty nice. The inside is really big they have a lot of tables. They also have an outside patio with a few tables as well. They also have baby chairs. The food was good. I placed a mobile order and within two minutes I got a message saying it was ready. Everything tasted great.

Went through the drive thru last night 9:50pm. Ordered the DLX box (chzy gordita crunch, beef supreme bur, nacho cheese, chips n cheese) with a cinnabon 2 pack. Everything was absolutely garbage. I could not recognize the beef supreme burrito it was super sloppy with alot of beans and goup that resembled beef. The gordita CRUNCH was limp like an old taco shell. The best item was the Mt Dew Baja Blast. Never, ever, ever again.

I go to 3 different locations (Mack/Franklin, Sheldon/99 and this location W. Stockton Blvd./Cosumnes River). This one is the worst!!! These past few months our food has been messed up, stale, broken, missing items or all messy. Today I ordered chips and cheese and chips (again) were nasty as if they were old, stale and just nasty tasting. We also had chalupas which are suppose to be soft but were hard. Other times it’s all this and also are given really, really broken taco shells. It’s all young kids working there so don’t know if that is the issue that they can care less and don’t store things good but I am sick of this location. I spend 40-50 dollars and this is ridiculous. come to this location because it’s the close’s location to my home so I will have to stop going to Taco Bell or drive further but then my tacos will get soggy.

This is a hit and miss kinda place for example the gayguys that use to work there were very nice and helpful and made me want to come back again and again the ones working there are very rude slow disrespectful and not to mention SLOW…… Yet the new blond female working the counter was fast nice polite they really need to hire more like her and bring the cute gay guys back and I a straight female saying this…..

They should give the option to give this location a ZERO if the experience was horrible!!!! I placed an order for pickup thru DoorDash for my sister and my son while I was at work in another city. (Might I add the delivery price versus the pickup was like a $8 difference) Upon receiving the order my sister informs me that none of the food that was ordered was in the bag. My son got the Chicken Quesadilla combo and my sister got the Crunchwrap combo, both had a freeze drink and a side of Cinnatwist. All of which was not received, called to get the order fixed and they implied that I had to fix it thru DoorDash, I let them know that DoorDash didn’t mess up my order, you guys did so it’d have to be replaced thru you! The assistant manager Mod that I spoke with was extremely rude and cut me off mid sentence and tells me “That they’ll be there if I wanted to get my food” and hung up the phone before I had a chance to even respond to her attitude(how does someone mess up an order and gets mad when the paying customer is asking to get it fixed?) Of course I immediately called back and the store manager Jacob answered the phone and tried to resolve the issue but nothing was done. He even tried to imply that my sister picking up the food that was ordered for her and my son was considered “fraud” because I wasn’t there. None of the items in the photos are what I ordered and they have the nerve to get mad about the mistakes they made.

Been coming here since they opened..constantly over turning employees .. ridiculous behavior been accused of doing drugs in bathroom tonight I had to walk to drive thru window to get hot sauce it was 830 they locked the doors and basically ignored me til I walked up to the window the other one on Sheldon..same owner same ridiculousness..if I wasn’t poor I’d NEVER come back.

Came here for lunch with my employees and I was asked to use the kiosk as I was told they weren’t taking orders at the cashier front. Yet right as I turned around the rest of my employees were able to order from the cashier and they all had their food before I did even after I placed mine first on the kiosk before one of my employees were done ordering theirs. It was a complete joke and even my employees were telling me it seems like I was racially profiled! Won’t ever come to this place again.

I have had to go back and ask them to remake my burritos so many times. I asked for a bean and cheese burrito.. we get home and again they’ve added onions. It happened to me so many times when I was pregnant recently. It was so disheartening. I give up.. no more bean and cheese burritos for me.. they will never get it right.

2 stars for the little boy at the window who was not paying attention to what he was doing. Handing me my drink without even looking at me leaning it all the way to the left, barely sticking the card Swiper out the window for me to use my Apple Pay. He may be shy or antisocial I’m not sure but that’s no way to behave when you’re working at the window. At least my order was correct today… minus a few bad incidents I’ve had here over 3 years about customer service this place is usually all right
