No one ever pays any attention when you walk in the restaurant. They only seem to care about drive thru customers. Every time I’m there the employees are just standing around talking. You literally have to stand there and stare at the group and say excuse me to get someone to pay attention that you are there. This is the worst taco bell for customer service. I wish there was another one near me so I can stop going there.

They won’t receive a counter order. They direct you to the kiosk and then proceed to work as slow and aimlessly as I’ve ever seen anywhere in all my travels. 21 minutes for a three-taco combo with one car in drive-through and no other dine-ins. The worst!

The brunch of taco bill services is an absolute disaster, plagued by atrocious management and an abhorrent lack of professionalism. The employees, with their abysmal attitude, consistently exhibit an appalling disregard for customer satisfaction. They are discourteous, impolite, and utterly disrespectful, leaving customers feeling utterly disheartened and frustrated with the abysmal treatment they receive. It is a truly appalling experience that tarnishes the reputation of taco bill services and leaves a bitter taste in the mouths of anyone unfortunate enough to encounter their deplorable service.

The place is too quiet when I walked in. No diners inside, just a several crew members huddled up in the kitchen. A crew member approached me as I stood in front of a cash register and asked if I am picking up for Door Dash. I told her that I am ordering to go. Apparently, the crew is not used to dine-in orders. I only two Doritos tacos for my daughter . She loved them. The location is nice and neat, but it does need dine-in people. Maybe i just missed the afternoon crowd. The staff is helpful too, but they should not assume that that all who walk in are picking up to go orders.

Hate the Night Crew. I usually eat here during the day every now and then. But I had a doordash order… as you all know it’s supposed to be a quick process they were taking absolutely forever, I was the only one in the store, they said they couldn’t do doordash through the drive thru which I had done many times before. So I had to back out and park and go inside, and they wouldn’t even put my items in a bag for me to carry let alone give me one! They had giving me a single bag after I begged them to. And when the second order was done they did the same thing! Expect me to carry 8 bags of food that’s about to rip out of the brown bags. Then the African American lady that I’m sure was the manager or supervisor at the time was very disrepectful and told the employee that was helping me that they don’t have bags anymore in a very sarcastic way when he asked.I was beyond frustrated and annoyed a part of me wanted to curse them out, but I kept my composure. The employee then found another bag right next to where he grabbed my other one. I made a remark in the lines of “Talking about you guys don’t have any more bags smh” and she’s gonna burst out in a smart laugh that made me want to knock everything in that place over.. Long Story Short Don’t go there during the night crew.

this place gets sadder and sadder everytime i come here they mess up my order paid for 6 Cinnabons and a crunchwrap few other items long story short no Cinnabon and crunchwrap was soggy and i mean soggy how hard is it to get a damn order right did not eat it went to zecky tacos next door 20 an hr huh will not ever each that trash again sorry but taco bell is worse than buger at this point
