Horrible experience. Normally good. The food was cold. Our Mexican pizza was on the bottom of the bag smushed! No sour cream on our tacos/Gordita, and our requested meat was wrong. Let alone the gal did nothing but complain about her body pain aliments and that she was 10 minutes over her quitting time. NOT very professional in manner!

I never have super high expectations with fast food places, but im shocked at how quickly this place has been going downhill. Going through the drive-through I find you either wait for quite a while for someone to take your order and when they do get there they sound like they’re joking around, OR they sound like they’re barely awake. 2x now the cheese in my son’s quesadilla has not been melted, and today it was too spicy for him to eat. We got a Mexican pizza, and that was hanging halfway out of its box. I don’t usually make a big deal of special requests being missed, either, but when in ONE order my son’s quesadilla is not melted and spicy, an item looks like it’s been tossed around, and after having to repeat myself to the sleepy person on the speaker there’s still sour cream on the last thing they could have gotten right… that’s the cherry on top.

Bought 4 separate things and I got 2 sauce packets. You guys are already charging wayyy too much for beans and rice. It doesn’t come out of your pay checks for giving at least a packet per item. I’m a paying customer, it’s not a hand out.

Didn’t get half our food so we went back and they accused us of lying to get free food. I ordered the next time online and I went to pickup but they were closed. I went the next day and they said they can’t do anything because I should have got it (yesterday) when I ordered it.

Don’t waste your money. This place is a rip off and most of the people are rude and act put out to help you my taco supreme wasn’t even 1/3 full and when I asked about it they said they can’t make me a new one unless I pay for it.

UPDATE 10/12/16: There are new managers in place at this Taco Bell. Though today I was left shortermd on 2 burritos, I called and management was amazing! Not only did they make and give to me what they left out of my order they also compensated me for my having to drive back for my food that was left out of my order. They were very pleasant to talk to about the situation with a great attitude! My review has definitely taken a turn towards the more positive! Thank Tim & Kim! 5 stars to the both of you today! Almost forgot, they’re burritos are the size they should be. They’ve stepped it up. Much much appreciation! You’ve gained my trust back!
