The place was dirty didn’t want to touch the front door the window was very dirty. There was 5 or 6 employees standing around chatting in the kitchen area. My tacos were put in the bag upside-down so all the toppings fell out . I have never given a bad review until now

Someone needs to teach their staff how to read. Back 6 months ago they had great staff, now they can’t get orders right, there food looks like it’s smashed and went to get soda and almost all of them had no syrup. Don’t waste your time coming to emerald bay just go to the one down the street.

This Taco Bell on Emerald Bay Rd is way better than the one on 50 nearer Stateline. The staff here have always been very friendly and their food has always been great! They’re very helpful with menu choices and even if I’m closer to the other one, I come here instead.

It was snowing outside and finally had some food here. The time we were waiting, server specially came out to ask if we’ll be fine if it’ll take 15-20 minutes to get beans ready or we would like to change it with something else. That was very nice of him. Staff was really friendly. One more good Taco Bell.
