This was a drive thru, wanted to try their new item Grilled season beef cheese burrito , unfortunately wasn’t like the commercial which interested us to want to go and try it. Inquired about it with the drive thru employee, she indicated her husband liked it. So was encouraged… my sister enjoyed it! Got that out of my curiosity, luckily I also grabbed my “old faithful” Taco Supreme!

Stop yelling at your employees! I went to this Taco Bell and Faye who I think is a manager yells at her employees who are still new/training. Why be manager if you can’t train employees properly and especially when you urgently need people? I have talked to one of Taco Bell Waipios employees and they mentioned how Faye wants them to know everything or else they will just get yelled at. There has also been more incidents where she is abusing her position as “manager”.

Well, they did a nice job on their remodel however, the went a bit downhill on the food quality. Beans and beef both were almost tainted tasting. Taco sauce is subpar. I also found it quite odd that almost all the parking spaces next to the building were taken but no one was inside either eating or at the counter placing orders. Perhaps it’s an employee only parking area now?

Haven’t eaten at a Taco Bell for 20 some years, but had a nice visit at this location. Drinks were big and cold, and we got free refills with new cups (COVID). Bathrooms were locked and needed keys from the counter. Service from the counter was good. The tacos were not bad, and the shells were crunchy.

This location has the longest drive thru lines I have ever seen, and it’s every night. But if you walk in and do yout own self service on the kiosks your order is ready in 5 minutes. And the staff is so good here.
