Every night they have 40 cars in drive thru line. No one cares! Want to stand in line for 50 minutes to try a taco? No thank you! Hire more people for the night shifts! Respect the customers and their time!

We used to come here often, and our experiences with this location were never friendly. Once, we ordered iced tea but received the wrong beverage in the drive-thru, and the employee told us to, “Just come through the front or whatever.” Another time, two employees didn’t know how to make iced coffee, and we watched them struggle for minutes talking among themselves.

1 star purely because the white girl with glasses cashiering in the front. I went in and said i was picking up for my gf’s name, then instantly she replies “if its under her name, where is she?” So i go get my gf from outside but cashier still doesn’t believe we’re legitimate and demands a order number, saying we need to provide one to get our food. Coincidentally, 2 other mobile orders come in right after me, an older local male and a Middle Eastern guy in his 30s. Both said their name and were given their food without a question. But almost seemingly, because i was picking up for my filipino gf’s name as a black guy, it was a problem. Needs to be more consistent. Demand the order number always but can’t be selective. I’ve even picked up an order for her before and was given without hesitation.

I’ve been going to Taco Bell for over 45 years now and the food with a twist of the southwest has done a phenomenal job with it’s consistency. I would have to say consistency in what ever it is you do is necessary to be successful. This place may be around for another 40 years!

ok so i was gonna give this place 5 stars because i freakin love taco bell! so we ordered everything was correct on the screen got to the window chic was awesome and gave me plenty of extra napkins BUT BUT BUT they forgot my chicken burrito ☹️ i live pretty far from there so didn’t have time to turn around so 3 stars today and i’m rooting for you taco bell get it together
