Went inside to place a simple order. Kiosk machine was. Down then when trying to inform the employees they either ignored me or was unresponsive to my questions and concerns . There blue raspberry machine was down and also there watermelon machine so I asked got a refuse and they just ignored me until I had to become higher toned after waiting for 30 minutes just for a drink. After asking for a refund I was still ignored until again I had to raise my tone. Handed me a paper with a number written on it and said ask them for a refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Mannnnn, I am a huge fan of Taco Bell! To be honest it has always been my secret pleasure. So, today we decided to hike KoKo Crater but first we needed to fill up for the adventure ahead. I saw a Taco Bell employee walking near by and knew we needed to find the Taco Bell! Every time I order for pickup the dining room is closed and I have to sit in long drive through while my food sits their getting soggy. Why not turn off online ordering?

Great place to sit down and have a good meal at. Can get quite crowded, loud and messy just after school hours. Depending who’s working they usually clean up pretty quickly afterwards. Close by to other shops with parking onsite and drive-through.
