Not only did they make me wait 15 minutes for my order they have also achieved to absolutely destroying my 3rd point. Lets just say the bathroom isn’t having a fun time. Also my taco wants to throw hands now.

I continue to hope for the best when I visit this Taco Bell location, but I think they have ongoing staffing issues. I sat in line for probably 15 minutes recently as I waited for the car in front of me to get their food. I was totally stuck. There was nothing “fast” about it. By the time I finally pulled up to the transaction window, they’d had my order for 20 minutes. I waited at the window for another five minutes before they handed out my food. I watched them compete only one other order for a customer in the restaurant before they gave me mine. They were not that busy inside. It didn’t make sense that it took that long to get my food.

Okay So this was a horrible experience. Customer service bad. The little girl was rude when I told her I had an order off the app under the name of Simon. She rudely responded with come up to the window… I pull forward and they open the window but They don’t say anything but look at me weirdly. Then the guy hands me my food but forgot my drink so I said I had a freeze as well. He looked at me like I was stupid and gets me a skittles freeze. Everyone looks at me laughing till I drove off. Now mindyou that was the two only things said to me.. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Taco Bell. Didn’t eat my food or drink. If your working in customer service you should be nice and great you customer with a smile and a hi welcome to Taco Bell. Not a frowning I don’t want to work here face. And some awkward behavior to make the customer feel weird. Just saying.

You know how you eat Taco Bell and have to blow up the toilet? That’s normal. BUT THIS was a different level. I had never been to this location before and both me and my friend were nearly dying for a day and a half. She found a long hair in her beans and they were frozen. Needless to say expect spontaneous trouser chili but great tasting food.
