Went through the drive-thru… The guy was really nice and patient while I decided what I wanted. He offered to give recommendations if wanted. They were pretty quick and got our order correct. We will definitely be coming back and recommending to others.

One of the only Taco Bells I feel safe at. They have messed up my order once and their bathrooms are out of a horror movie. Though I’ve never been in any real danger while eating at this one, so that’s cool

I purchased a party pack of tacos the 12-pack and when I got them literally it was like smeared meat and hardly any at all . I understand it is Taco Bell however I expect a little food for my money then I looked in the box there is no sauce so now I have some just cheese and beef tacos with no sauce and they broke immediately they were so dry the shells. Not really thrilled I will be calling the manager today

Placed a mobile order, waited 10 minutes then head to the store just to have to bang on the window because “apparently” they’re closed at 1am due to short staffed and cannot make my order but to go to the other location down the road and they will, so I drive to the other location just to be told that I was lied to just to get me to leave and they couldn’t make my order because it’s not in their system and they aren’t trained in how to deal with this and also half their menu is unavailable at the moment anyway. My last bit of money for the next couple days gone and me and the hubby don’t get dinner luckily we’d fed the kids pizza instead earlier. So frustrating, irritating and rude, absolutely hate them after tonight. My toddler was so upset that we had to return home without food for her Daddy. And the app is a joke no actual way to “request a refund” just tell them how disappointed you were in your visit and hope they reach back out to you

Wrong food. Warm soda. No soda. No ice. Had to go through the drive through multiple times to get order. Cash only. Closed early. Online orders taken only but doesn’t close drive through. This location is THE WORST! Almost all the issues happen whenever the worker taking drive through orders 07/04/23 @ 12 am

Food was good can’t complain. Restaurant was dirty and garbage all over the floor. Bathrooms were the worst. Managers should pay more attention to those details. No one wants to eat in a dirty restaurant.

The old woman managing the store Sunday night is awful, dismissive and rude. Was missing items, no receipt. The younger guy I saw tonight was super nice though and seemed to be trying his best. Hope they find a better place to work than this s-hole. I’d bet 1000 bucks that woman is a demon to her staff.

I’ve never gotten so little meat on Taco Bell tacos. 4 tacos (2 crunchy, 2 soft). All together maybe a combined 2 ounces of meat. 95% lettuce. Definitely check your stuff before leaving.

I gave this place 3 chances of 3 “strikes” if you may. Every time, order is messed up, I don’t eat fast food frequently maybe 4-5x per year, this place and the 82nd Dr in Clackamas is staffed by Xanax wacked out cooks and order takers. I don’t normally complain about fast food since this is what I consider entry level work, but, when 40-60 year old adults are working the window, I would expect better order accuracy. The 4-5x I eat fast food per year will be better spent pulling off roadside, getting out the campstove and making a can of chili.

Overall as pleasant of an experience as you could hopefully from taco bell. Minor frustrations over the drive thru speaker, although they kept their customer service top notch and didn’t let the slight language barrier frustrate them.
