They still charge you full price but won’t take your order in person. You have to use a kiosk that’s so filthy your fingers stick. Then wait in the hopes they’ll notice you so you can pay up front anyway. There was garbage and food on at least half the table tops as well as all over the floor. Nothing was wiped down anywhere. Trash cans over flowing. There were what looked like eight people working in back but not so rushed that someone other than the customers themselves couldn’t pop out and clean up.

Just passing through. Taco Bell is your picture book example of TexMex food turned even more American. There isn’t much on the menu that could be considered Mexican or even South of the Boarder. Even so, people like this modified genre of food.

Have to order with kiosk… Noone had food in lobby. Cars in drive through getting food 5-1 for the lobby. Horrible service proformance. No customer service at all. Work ethic was not visible from any of the crew. 35 min wait so far for 3 small items. It’s the employees that have no desire to serve the customers.

The first thing I noticed when walking in was that the entry mat smelled like old sweat and sour raw meat . The floor was visibly dirty. It had built up black who-knows-what on it and it also smelled. The tortilla on my burrito was dry cold and broken on the top and bottom. This made it hard to eat, especially as it was mostly just refried beans. I’m not going to mention the bathrooms because likely you’re looking at this with food in mind and I don’t want to put you off being hungry. Only the crunchy taco was deserving of 4 stars.

Needs new management or to be turned into something else. This place is so poorly ran. One of the assistant managers is a creep. Food is never made correctly and expect to sit in the drive through for a half hour.

If they had been less focused on serving the two people walking through the drive through (even though we heard the manager say he wasn’t allowed to) maybe they would have actually managed to include our food. They placed random items in our bag then rushed us through even though they missed 90% of our order even though they charged us for it. Avoid if possible.

Ordered at 1230. Store only open 1.5 hours and bathrooms were disgusting with no toilet paper. Every table in lobby was dirty. Several missing items in order as well. At the time of order we were the only customers in the store. Seems to be a lack of management.

This taco bell has tanked in the last couple of years. It was always a road trip stop, but I think today was the last. The lady was very annoyed to have to actually take our order, because their order yourself kiask wouldn’t take cash.

They had me standing there in the register for about 10 minutes, making direct eye contact, when they noticed the line building up, the lady let us know to put in the order at the kiosk, she just left us and 2 other elderly ladies standing there and didn’t have the courtesy to let us know or have a dign letting us know they weren’t doing orders at the register.
