This is the cleanest, friendliest, most efficient Taco Bell I’ve ever visited drive thru-wise at least. I ordered at midnight on my way to work. 4 car line (which equals a 20 min wait) at other locations, was very prompt and timely. Employee who took payment and handed me my food was surprisingly upbeat and pleasant. Quality of food “tasted” better probably due to my glorious visit! Highly recommended!

This is not the first time they made my food bad. I order a chalupa box the crunchy taco was stale and the chalupa was hard. And when they have nacho fries they are always cold.

Worst service, cold food. Was given a bag asked to check if it was mine then told, don’t touch anything we’ll be giving it to the next customer. Talk about cross contamination. Then while getting my actual order, employee stares as if I’m being extra for checking that I get my food right seeing as how the bag before wasn’t even mine. I open up my food to make sure it’s done right. Of course it’s not, I try to tell the employee and they tell me twice I have everything, I show them my chalupas are missing the nacho cheese. I paid for both my chalupas to have nacho cheese and all I get is a sorry excuse of a side of nacho cheese. Barely enough for one chalupa. What a dam rip off. Try to get someone in management to do something about it, act as if I’m being a bother to them. Get told I’ll be talking to the district manager. It’s been a dam week and nothing.

Went I side, waited by the front counter and made eye contact with several employees and they did not take our order, was forced to order with the screen. It is not my job to put the order in and we should be receiving a discount for acting like an employee. The person giving me my order forgot both of our drinks and when asked realized he did not speak ANY English and had to ask several times before the request to get the drinks from our order was understood
