Love this location. They are really sweet staff. The young lady working gave me a free freeze. The manager here is super nice and I enjoy how positive she is with her staff. I’ve done delivery before at this location and it was fabulous and early. Way too go guys. Customer Service wise this location tops all the taco bells I’ve ever gone too.

We ordered 2 black bean crunch wraps with guacamole and no cheese or sour cream, Fiesta potatoes with the sour cream and nacho cheese on the side and a cheese roll up. We didn’t get the Fiesta potatoes so we had to go back, the crunch wraps didn’t have guac and barely any beans.

Usually they have great service. The lady with the Trailblazer tattoos is very kind and friendly. My only complaint is when I pay for extra beef, I never get it lol. It feels like less beef than usual tbh

Man, let me tell you about my experience at Taco Bell. It was a total letdown. First, the employee had the audacity to say it was “mobile orders only” @12 and wouldn’t even take my order in person. Then, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw three employees outside, puffing away on their marijuana. Yeah, I know it’s legal, but right in front of the restaurant? Come on! And the service? Talk about lazy. They were counting the till before closing time and didn’t seem to care about providing any decent service. They claim to be open until 2 am, but when I showed up at midnight, they were already turning people away. Taco Bell, you really dropped the ball on this one. would leave 0 stars if possible…

They have the worst customer service in Taco Bell corporation. The store is not to close till 4am every Friday it’s some issue why they close early because they want to hire young adults that’s lazy. It’s 3:04 in Oregon I just was there at 2:43 and there workers are sitting outside on there phone and the other worker is like we are closed. How when your hours say till 4am. At this point shut the store down because it’s a waste and it’s one 1.6 miles that’s way better. The management have to be trash as well because it’s no way you are running a business of sort in this manner.

When they handed me a cup, they grabbed it from the top with their bare hands. They ran out of forks. Their lobby was dirty, top to bottom. I had to clean my table where I sat. I could not get a receipt with my meal, unless I gave them my phone number or email. When I left. I noticed someone was cleaning up the garbage. Outside when they probably should have cleaned up the inside first. The only positive thing I have to say is that my order was a 100% accurate. Which is usually a hit or miss with most places.
