I had enough time to reconsider this review about 20 times. Still waiting in the drive thru. Why does this drive thru take 1 hour for 1 locos tacos? I will never come back. If I was down for these ridiculous wait times, I would go to an authentic place. Horrible service and wait times that don’t make sense for a fast food chain. Waited to get my food; they did not even get it right. Paid for supreme and just regular.

My wife ordered 2 tacos for lunch. She ate about half of one and it didn’t taste right. 10mins later throwing up violently and took her to emergency. Doctor said it was extreme food poisoning. That place has gone down hill. Calling food and health inspector.

overall just a terrible taco bell, the food is never as good as other locations, service is slow, workers aren’t friendly, they just look bored and dull all the time. and the hours don’t make sense, they serve breakfast but aren’t open before 7 when a lot of people are already on their way to work. overall i’ve just had more negative experiences than positive so i won’t be coming here anymore.

Employees are rude. The Chalupa cravings box is advertised at $9.99, which they wouldn’t honor and charged almost $11 dollars for. To top is off they got my order wrong. This place sucks.

This Taco Bell used to be the best in the area by far. Im unsure if there was a management change or what, but it’s gone down the drain over the past month or two. This is a picture of a gordita crunch that was stuck to the wrapper. In the same order we had 3 burritos with the wrong things on them. On top of all that, the lines move MUCH slower which wouldn’t be much of an issue, but I’m not sure what they’re spending all the time on since they are managing to mess everything up at the same time.
