Stopped here for brunch and bought Vege Chalupa and Nacho Fries. Vege chalupa was so watery and not even warn. Nacho fries did even tasted like nachos. I don’t think ill stop here again for food. I gave 3 stars coz of how i was treated by the clerk and also how polite and friendly she was. I wish the staff prepare food with care and make sure it is warm, otherwise one could order the frozen food and microwave it.

We tried to get lunch from this Taco bell. After 12 minutes waiting at the drive thru window, we requested our money back so we could leave. Our food was simple and quick to prepare. The excuse we got from the cashier was snotty and that they were swamped with orders. We watched two ladies standing around talking. We will not be going back there again. Parking lot was nor busy!

The Restaurant was not busy only two customers inside. I had a 2year old child with me I could not find a clean table every table all were messy and the floor was not clean either. I cleared a small two person table closest to the ordering counter. While we waited for the food I did not see any employee come out to clean the tables or the floor. I saw two employees at the counter one was standing at the Cash register talking with another employee could not hear the conversation. I Did see an employee refill the condiment station but there was no cleaning done. While I was inside I saw a total of six customers none stayed to eat.

World’s SLOWEST Taco Bell. I’ve been standing in line for approximately 7 minutes and have made eye contact with the 2 workers. Neither acknowledged my presence or the other people in line as they shot the breeze.

I drive late at night and pass here a lot. During this pandemic (especially earlier than most places) , it was great that it was open in the middle of the night. I figured I would get something nice and simple. A steak quesadilla. There is often a line, which is fine for the time and location. Often you have to wait 10+ minutes to even get to order. Again, due to location and time, I can easily accept that. What I can’t accept is that the food is always undercooked. Cheese isn’t melted in burritos, quesadillas, etc… I’ve tried to give this place a chance numerous times, but I’ll be stopping in Woodburn, or somewhere else from now on. I encourage you to not support somewhere with such consistent poor quality. It’s late night availability is what gets its second star.

Was there just last night the chicken chalupas could have had a little bit more chicken and the service was slow and cheated the person who attended us could not get the register or the card swiper to work right but all around I guess it was okay for it being at a truck stop
