Ordered thru door dash paid alot and the only thing they got right was 2 Pepsi. Not even sure what I got. But it worked out to be 10. For plain crunch wrap, taco crunch wrap burnt. And a soft taco. All at 10. Each.

Quite literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced. They have consistently been no good on their food, their service, sorry excuse for an attitude when it comes to management there. Literally every single time I have gone there in the past 5 years, they make the order wrong. They make it wrong even with no special order. I have been overcharged several times. Just recently, after going there they would not accommodate for a mess up, and had a bad attitude towards my wife and I. That was the last straw for us we are never going to return to that Taco Bell!

I am sure this place is privately owned but that still does not excuse the absolutely horrible quality of the food and the very high prices. This is singlehandedly probably the absolute worst Taco Bell/KFC in all of Oregon. The food was not hot nor was it made correctly. The Crunchwrap I ordered wasn’t even grilled on the outside but still had char on it (Teflon from the machine?). The nacho fries were way too salty and the nacho cheese was so cold it was chunky instead of creamy how it normally is. I have turned this place into the local health departments over the food temp and possible Teflon on the food.

The staff are very rude, their service is horrible, we ordered our food and paid for it they didn’t even give is what we ordered. I spent over 40 dollars and they couldn’t even get it right. Let alone when I told them the order was wrong they got mad and didn’t even fix it right. They then threw the bag at me and slammed the window shut and walked away. When I tried calling to speak to someone they picked it up and hung up without answering. It was the worst service ever. The food was gross and over cooked and broken. We will not be going back there.

Boooo…crispy noodles in the Mac n cheese, meat was overly moist which made the taco shells soggy. The buns for the chicken Littles were hard, and there was shredded cheese everywhere in the bag. Unacceptable considering 1/2 the people who go through a drive thru are gonna eat in their car. Lastly no fork in the bag for the mac n cheese. Definitely room for improvement

Worst customer service.. the food is really not well cooked. My kids cheesy roll up wasn’t cooked it was just a cold tortilla with shredded cheese inside. This is also the most EXPENSIVE taco bell I have ever been to. Honestly would have been cheaper for me to drive to Salem and the quality would have been better.

customer service here is a joke. the manager wont look customers in the eyes while theyre placing their orders, 6 employees and not one of them was working on the line for 3 minutes while i was there waiting with 6 orders on their screen. the employees were making fun of the drive thru customers loud enough i could hear on the other end of the lobby, which they keep at a comfortable 40 degrees! i witnessed one employee go to the bathroom before taking off her gloves, which is against health code regardless of if she takes them off before coming back into the kitchen. nobody called my order when it was done, it sat on the side counter for several minutes before the same manager who avoids eye contact held my bag up and set it on the counter and walked away
