Aside from this location almost always leaving out tomato and sour cream when I order anything Supreme, Today I was served a nacho bell grande that smelled foul. The beef looked ‘off’. Not sure if it was expired, but it certainly seemed like it. The chips used in the nachos were definitely stale, though. The price for what you get just isn’t worth it anymore and I won’t be going here anymore.

Nice place. I ordered food from there via the app. Brought home to find that two items of my order where incorrect, (missing extr a sauce i requested). I called in and was told I can come in at any time and get a remake. That happened after a couple of days.

They forgot my taco sauces and I didn’t know until I got 10 miles home. I think asking for a party variety pack of tacos may have been too much for people who appeared High school age.? As I’ve never been before, I’m not knocking them. And IF they are High schoolers, they’ll get better and learn more. I appreciate people who WORK for what they want and have !!!

Sat in drive through for 8 minutes, I was the only one there. After no response from anyone I drove up to the window and asked if their system was broken and they said your truck must be too big. I asked to place an order and she said “I’m going to need you to go around the drive through again. There is only one person ahead of you” Kept on driving with no interest in going back anytime soon. WTH What happened to customer service?

Rude service and cold food. Went through the drive-through got a steak bowl and nacho fry’s. Everything was cold, like very cold, no utensils to eat with no napkins no sauce. If the owner or manager has access to video or audio cameras from around 4:50 PM on Sunday the 4th, I’d watch/listen to how rude your staff is. Clearly the 2 young men working the drive through don’t want to be there and don’t care about the quality of food you put out. Shame other Taco Bell’s are ran so much better but this one’s in my town.

Just want to say i waited 10 minutes in line while they took another cars order. No one said hey we are closing after waiting all that time they just turned off the light and that was it. This place is a joke there customer service is trash and obviously the management is a joke there. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. And i will be sharing my thoughts with others.

Update: they have had everything the last few months! This Taco Bell has very friendly and helpful staff and good food when they have it. Unfortunately, they are usually out of about half their items. OK that’s a bit of an exaggeration, but they are often out of important things like meat or beans. More so than any other restaurant, I’ve been to.
