I was accidentally charge for an order that was not mine at the drive-through. When I went inside, I was promptly and kindly greeted by Zach. I told him about what had happened and he let me know that they would get it taken care of. He called over who I would assume is a shift leader, or manager named Sam. They were both very sweet and kind the entire interaction and made the refund process very smooth. These two gentlemen were so very sweet and made sure that I got my food and my refund! If you’re ever looking for a good bean burrito and great customer service, this is the place!

I was greeted by Will Welch at the drive through to pay for my dinner, I was short $1.15, he kindly covered the remaining due so I could eat dinner after work. This man has great customer service. It’s nice to interact with someone like this.

I have visited this place twice. Both experiences I was met with a smile and courtesy. One the se cond visit somehow they missed making my order but one of the young men prepping noticed I was still standing there after 3 minutes had gone by and asked me what I had ordered and what name is was under. He the verified my ordered had been missed and corrected the issue promptly. Great job. Place is clean and there is plenty of parking there are also places to sit outside.

Only stars missing are for the atmosphere and food actually being Taco Bell. The people there are amazing. It’s not their fault the company has delicious but non-nutritious ingredients, made by the lowest bidder, simply to reflect so in the cost. C’mon Taco Bell…a $5 or $6 box is affordable, but I’d pay $10 or $12 if the meal were anywhere near as good for me, my nutrition or my bowel as the focus-grouped flavors are to my taste buds.

I’m sorry. I love Taco Bell but, this place does not embody the Bell. The portions were minimal, as in, all my food items were just shell or wrap. Usually places just stiff you on meat and sour cream and put in a lot of lettus to cover it up. These guys just didn’t even try. If I’m going to pay for 3 separate items that are supreme (that means I paid EXTRA for sour sour cream) and the total comes up to over $12 for one taco, one burrito one soft taco and I’d get more meat in ONE Carl’s Jr’s burger total?……Then that’s where I will be going from now on. The place was dirty. None of the tables were clear nor clean, same with the floor around the soda station, and it was not a rush hr. The staff were tired, unenguaged, and it was evident they did not want to be there. If you want Taco Bell, this location isn’t it.

Update ❌❌❌ Twerker lady on night shift on Tuesday-wed. Night. Picking sores!!! Nasty Worst! TERRIBLE sarcastic attitude the lady named Stephanie on Stephen I think it’s definitely at the drive to window just nasty attitude!! Spend your money elsewhere if you ask me almost $50 a Taco Bell in the attitude all that business that accumulates at the Taco Bell you would think they will have mannerable people taking orders, and serving food. I went through the drive through and not only did they get my order wrong but the cheese cups for the fries were spilled all over the bottom of the bag, the fries were cold and there was a long piece of melted plastic in my taco. I tried calling the number on the receipt and only got a fax machine.

As usual, decent but unremarkable Americanized Mexican food. Taco Bell is a favourite when I’m traveling, as they’re cheap, fast, and tasty. Good quality overall, and I’m happy potatoes are back on the menu.
