The food and service is good. But the drive thru was designed by a true idiot. I’ve driven by several times while taking care of errands and shopping locally and there has been a huge line for the drive thru backed up all into the traffic lane. Taco bell is good. But it ain’t that damn good to Hinder freaking traffic and risk being the cause of a accident for a damn bean burrito or crunch wrap

Sat in drive thru at ordering speaker for 25 mins with only 2 cars ahead of me. They wouldn’t even let me order till both cars had moved on. Then sat at window for another 10 plus (so far) minutes. Typing as I sit here waiting and waiting and waiting….

Threw away the chalupas due to old, cold and hard. Within 1 minute of leaving the drive thru window. They have a heat rack and a shelf life. Why can you not do your job?

I love Taco bell. So I stopped to get lunch for my sister. The service was fast which I liked but one of the chalupas was not in a wrapper and much of the filling was lost in the sack. The fries were spilled and no napkins. I did get taco sauce and the cheese dip for the fries. The nacho cheese fries and dip was really tasty. Chalupas not quite as good as what I had before. That could be due to not wrapped properly and falling out in the sack.

It took 10 minutes for someone to take my order at the counter with no body In front of me. Next was a individual who lives under the jackson st. Bridge. He came in after the yelling and screaming period was over. Unfortunately, he should be in a care facility for the mentally ill. It’s apparent that his situation isn’t his fault. And one easy way to determine that was I took him a handful of paper napkins and had to tell him to clean his nose and face. When he was able to see what I was referring to, you could see the embarrassment on his face and in his eyes.

Please do not eat here, or at least at your own risk. I went through drive thru, Friday and order some tacos after coming home I noticed in one of the tacos was the tip of finger from a glove absolutely disgusted I called back and explained and they said to bring it back and they will remake it, well I come back through the drive thru and tell the speaker “I’m here because my order had a glove in it” and I hear snickering when I get up to the front the larger lady already has an attitude and is half smiling and they never apologized to me. I’m so disgusted by there staff they’re immature and rude. They ruin that taco bell, most of them are very clearly not very sanitary themselves and looks barley showered, I’d go anywhere else than this taco bell. Not a one time thing, every time I go there, and the owner does nothing.

Honestly I’ve been at this location many times I haven’t perfectly fine however I ordered food from them last night and I woke up with non-stop diarrhea and my stomach churning feeling as though I’m about to puke every single time I move I didn’t order that much food so it’s not me overeating I don’t know if I got food poisoning or what the deal is but I feel really really sick it’s not due to any of the previous food I ate before I ordered my food from here I didn’t start feeling the sickness until this morning and the previous food did not affect me at all
