This was the only thing that open by the time my friends and I came back from our concert and it was really good and affordable! I would go back just for their tacos! I love that they give us a lot of hot sauce for our food! Obviously it’s not authentic and the greatest food because it’s fast food but it was still very good!

I asked for 3 locos tacos combo, didn’t realize it until I came home but they gave me a number 3 which comes with 1 burrito Supreme and 1 reg taco. I drove all the way back to see if the lady could do something about it, and she quickly dismissed it and said there is nothing she could do because she is right and I am wrong and said that it’s my fault that I made the wrong order, when I know for a fact that I did not. She did not apologize, nor did she ever give me my receipt or read out my order when she gave me my total. I had to order two more tacos because she made it very clear she had no intentions on helping me correct this.

Asked for chalupa cravings box to be picked up by my partner. Had a note specifically saying cravings box and they scammed him and jacked up the price to $30 for a $12 order. I will be calling to complain as well. I am furious as I come here almost daily.

Ordered my food CLEARLY and REPEATEDLY through the drive through. The guy Wouldn’t confirm my order on the screen, and acted like he couldn’t understand me. So he basically added more food then I ordered. Gace me the food before my change and receipt. I talked to 3 different people. Possibly 2 Hispanic (please forgive me if im wrong on Hispanic) men and a woman. I promise you the never really said a sentence if even a word. They just kept standing there looking dazed and confused. I was really in a rush so i ended up leaving but the way i couldn’t get them to confirm anything was very surprising. Im telling you they refused to even make one statement to me. From the time i ordered. To the REPEATED times i explained to them they overcharged me, i got nothing from them.

Atmosphere is exactly what would expect from any Taco bell, the staff have always been super nice, the food is what you would expect. I only take away a star for consistency. I am a brat who special orders & sometimes extra is EXTRA and sometimes can’t tell if they added extra at all.
