Went through drive thru, paid extra for chicken. When I bit into my taco the chicken was hard. I opened up everything and the chicken on all my items were dried out and dark brown. Absolutely disgusting. After filling out survey it says call 1-800-Taco-Bell option #2 to talk to someone, but it is only automated. The number on receipt just screams like a fax machine. Thanks.

I don’t know how you can tell someone, “No sour cream.” They ask for confirmation, “No sour cream?” You respond, “Correct.” Makes them still put sour cream on the tacos. The employees here lack basic intelligence, get a new crew.

We went the late one night a few weeks ago and went through the drive through we ordered and pulled up to pay i handed the worker 100. Dollar bill he stepped away to check the bill and came back and said that it was a fake Bill… I said ” WHAT ” there is no was i just got money from my bank that day so i gave him another 100. Bill and he does the same thing and says the same thing. I said there is no way my bank is giving fake money out so i told him to call the cops and so he says he did then asked me to pull up to the front doors and wait for the police.

Always quick, friendly and organized customer service. I even ordered and ended up not being able to pay for my food due to no money in my account (charges sent through) and a worker ended up paying for my order which was about a $20 dinner for the family and I. That people’s, is unheard of these days.
