What the hell? I thought they forgot my side of fiesta potatoes and gave me two chipotle sauces. The potatoes were in the same size container as the sauce! The normal size container is on the right.

THIS is supposed to be 1 of 2 Mexican pizza’s ordered. The 2nd of Mexican pizza’s was ordered with no BEANS, we received with NO BEEF!! Attempted to call restaurant NO ANSWER after ringing multiple times.

My sister worked here back in the 90s, and while visiting WA from FL she wanted to check-out her first job. We stopped by around 3pm, the loby was empty, two employees were sitting in the loby chit-chatting. Nobody would come up to take our order for good 5 minutes if not more. They had an employee taking drive thru orders, people making food in the back and one employee just walking around. When asked to speak to the manager to see if it was somebody she worked with in the past, she was very hostile off-the-bat and she said that manager was not in. When we asked what her name was, she said she’s not allowed to disclose that, when asked what her managers name was, she replied that she cannot disclose that either, and she wouldn’t give regional managers name either. Took my sister’s order and left to chit-chat with person in the drive thru, talking about things not relating to their order. I had to ask someone to take my order too, and they kept ignoring me. They finally sent one of other drive through people to take my order. Very unprofessional! Food was great though!

Ordered two Crunchwrap supremes and got one. Guy at the window rushed us and when I asked for Diablo sauce twice he said “no sauce?”. Smh if I return to this location I’ll make sure to double check before I pull off.

when I was waiting for my order, I saw a guy go to the mobile order shelf and pick up a bag that didn’t belong to him. He took the bag over to a trash can, took each item out individually, and proceeded to throw each item away one by one. he took the receipt, folded it up, and put it in his pocket. he then asked to use the restroom and then left.

I’ve been going to this place forever and it’s hit or miss. I once asked for a quesadilla with extra jalapeno sauce and got chopped up jalapenos instead. There can be no extra of something that isn’t already in the quesadilla. I’ve been asked if I wanted sour cream in a burrito and after saying no, still received it. I’ve had stuff missing from the order before. Things like that are why I now pull over and check that everything is right before going on my merry way. But when it’s good, it’s real good.
