Avoid. They skimp horribly on ingredients, they push kiosk ordering instead of hiring employees, and every single table was dirty. Our first trip had a quesadilla that was completely empty in 2/4 slices, the second time it hadn’t been cooked, zero melted cheese, and it had the jalapeno sauce it wasn’t supposed to. Doritos Locos tacos came already broken and half empty, Nachos Bell Grande had low toppings, Beefy Melt only had 2 tortilla strips.. Some locations have good food, but this one either doesn’t train their employees or teaches them to put on as little on as possible, very poor management. The kiosks do not include every available option to customize food for allergies, and I prefer the experience of talking to real people, the employees we did interact with were nice and helpful. We pass here frequently and were excited for a new TB but after trying twice we will not be returning.

Yea, the 1 star reviews make sense. Multiple times things are missing and wrong. The service is SUPER SLOW, which is fine when they’re busy. I was standing at the counter just waiting and waiting for someone to acknowledge me to get my food that was just sitting there the entire time. The worst thing was this most recent visit my VEGETARIAN wife’s BLACK BEAN BURRITO was made with BEEF? How does that even happen? It didn’t come with beef to begin with. Literally everything else we got was subbed with beans. I’ve given them so many chances but can’t give another. Never again. Just go to the one in Ferndale.

Well there was no one in line so I was happy until I order my food. I order 3 taco supremes and wait 25 minutes for them. The manager seem kind of proud of his service and making me wait. Good luck that all I got to say McDonald moved in so they will have my business now. I gave you guys 4 tries still the same thing 25 30 minutes wait and the food is all messed up and tacos cracked. How does a new store produce bad food!

There is no number online, nor did i get a receipt (put in phone number on kiosk for text reciept). I decided to give this a shot tonight. We are not impressed at all. Food was sloppily thrown together and falling apart. Did not get all of my order (should have checked) and got food that we didn’t even order. Drive thru was closed, so I had to go in when I didn’t plan to.

Newly opened (4 months ago) and already a hot mess. Dirty, out of sauces, and long wait for food. If you order via mobile you will probably have to tell them. Or you will wait forever. And after you tell them it still takes 20 minutes to get your food. Oh and the employee standing outside smoking for an hour plus should probably be fired.

Don’t expect a whole lot from fast food. My order has been wrong sometimes but it is what it is.. i just try and make simple orders with few modifications . but I was excited to finally have a place in town open late for when I get off work late and need a small snack.

Have been three times and once out of the three times it has been done correctly. Tonight we waited over 35 minutes for our food. My husband is very patient and after about 15 minutes of waiting he asked about his order and a young lady said she would get the manager. A young man walked up and acted like he was a manager and it took him forever to even pull up the order and he said he would go in the back and get them to figure it out. Twenty more minutes go by and still nothing so my husband asks again and the young lady says maybe your order went to another location when he used the kiosk right in the store. Then I am waiting outside and the guy who acted like the manager walks out with a bag of food laughing. We wondered if he took our bill and took our food. My husband started to lose his patience and the real manager was very good and handled the situation very well. I think the kiosks are a major problem when you actually take an order you remember things better. There is not enough staff and some of them don’t seem to care and don’t have customer service skills. Either they have not been trained well, don’t actually possess skills in dealing in customer service or don’t care. Maybe it’s because there is not enough staff so they can’t do the job. Not sure what the real problem is but there is a big problem with this location. Felt for the manager. The McDonalds beside it will be taking a lot of their business.
