Went through the drive through and the lady was nice and patient with us. Pulled up to the window and got my bag quickly. Went home to take the food out of the bag, we were missing 3 items. 1 item came with a combo and the 2 other were single items. It kinda makes me upset that they are so quick to get the bag out the window but fail to double check to see if all the items are in the bag. Another note they failed to ask us if we wanted any hot sauce packets to go with our meal and also didn’t put any in the bag.

I went in to order I used the self service machine and I was just 2 Pennie’s short of my order. I asked if I hit cancel will my funds not show up in my account , so I can re order and make sure I have enough. I asked one of the workers and all the girl said was “I don’t know” and walked away, so I just voided it and left.

Rudest customer service ever!!!! Prices on screen don’t ever match what’s advertised by their display board. Every time when asked about the difference in prices they just say the prices changed yesterday. False advertising!!! Not coming back

It’s been all downhill since this store opened. Lately it’s closed often during normal business hours, and to top it off, they’ve reduced their regular hours to close at 10pm so no late night food even if they happen to be open in the first place. They are almost always extremely sloppy with how they put the food together. Consider yourself lucky if you get what you order as well. I’m not sure if I’ve seen a fast food store ran as poorly as this place. It’s clear the management and owner have absolutely no clue what they are doing.

There’s this blonde worker always out of uniform cleaning whenever I am there. No hair net or visor, but wearing a headset and wearing very tight yoga pants that are crawling up her asscrack. I saw her flip off a customer yesterday night around 9:45 while I was in the lobby. I guess she was upset because he used the restroom after she mopped it? While he was in the restroom I could hear her ranting because it was “so stupid, now I have to mop again it’s all muddy” I could tell the other staff were tired of her attitude. Today she was in the lobby again with no hairnet or visor but seemed to be all smiles (better mood today I suppose). Lobby was clean and orderly, sauce packets were all organized and straight, but it was freezing in there. Especially for winter. The bathroom mirror looked like it had been wiped with a dirty dish rag, presumably the same girl. Drive through workers were balancing taking orders on both the front counter and the drive through quite well, and helping with deliveries. No workers standing around for the most part. 3 stars only for that girl.

I’m not a huge Taco Bell fan, but our drive-thru service was so good, I had to post a review! The order taker paid attention to what we said (the husband didn’t have to repeat himself which drives him nuts) and was very professional, in a sweet way. Everything was hot and quickly prepared. Best drive-thru service I’ve had in a while! Great job Ferndale Taco Bell!!
