Fast and courteous servers and this was using their drive-thru… And it was a pleasant experience for me … most places can be very discourteous or aloof!!! Even though it’s your hard earned cash your spending… But not this place , this Taco Bell had efficient and for a night crew they stood out for their patience when I was ordering my food… And they got my order right the first time!!! NEVER AGAIN!! We ordered over$60 worth of food and 30 mins later my husband was tired of waiting and asked about our order and apparently they gave our order to someone else. This is why fast food workers shouldn’t get paid $15+/ hr. You do minimum work and minimum effort you should get minimum wage. 45 mins later my husband is STILL waiting for them to finish. No apology. No compensation for wasting our time but you want your $15/ hr. This is the very reason you shouldn’t.

We ordered six items off the app. Six. They forgot the most expensive one, so I had to drive back to tell them and pick it up. Six items and they can’t get it right. Not surprising considering people don’t want to work for the wages they offer, so we get degens that are too stoned to get our orders right.

Our group had 3 separate orders, all placed on the kiosks in the lobby. We were never even greeted. My sister (who placed her order first) received her order fairly quickly. The rest of us waited about 15 minutes before asking about our orders since we still hadn’t received anything. When we went to the front counter, the workers took a while to acknowledge us. They looked through and figured our orders must have been accidentally removed from their screens, so they said they would work on them. We waited an additional 15 minutes. At one point, we noticed a bag on the counter (which we later realized was accidentally given to someone in the drive thru, and that customer brought it back in to get their correct order). This bag had our name on it, so they gave it to us. (At this point we still hadn’t realized it was brought back in by another customer) Our food was cold. Once we realized what had happened and said something to a worker, they did nothing to fix this. I was overall just very disappointed in the whole experience.

The Girl with the attitude is something else. I would fire her immediately. I’m sure the only reason why she hasn’t been fired is because nobody else wants to work there and she’s not capable of doing anything else. Her attitude was something I’ve never seen in a fast food establishment!

We ordered on the digital screens. I got mine within 3 minutes of my order, but the other 2 who ordered with me got theirs 35 minutes later. I had to vocally get the workers attention multiple times to ask where their orders were. One had been sent out through drive thru and brought in by the person who got it. It sat on the counter and when I asked again about the order, they gave me that bag that was brought back in. We didn’t realize it was from the drive thru misorder until I went back for the other order we waited on and asked. He didn’t know where the bag came from.
