Went through drive thru and ordered 2 volcano burritos and the meat was not cooked all the way. I called and was told it’s all precooked but this meat wasn’t. And it was not the chips making that color. It was absolutely raw tasting. When I called I was told I was wrong lol. Wont go back again to that location since no one even offered to help or fix the situation

I ordered from this Taco Bell via DoorDash today and have hair cooked into my food . View the photos for proof!! I went in person about a year ago and and my little family got food poisoning. I thought maybe it was a just a stomach virus then, but after this I can see that they don’t abide by health standards. It’s hard not being able to trust such a large fast food chain. Go to Del Taco in Hawks Prairie, or the Olympia Taco Bell STAY AWAY from here!! Because of DoorDash, they told me I could not get a refund either:]. But my appetite was gone anyway, so I guess that’s that!

It’s Taco Bell. This one is different in that the staff is friendly and enthusiastic and the food is almost always excellent. Ordering ahead is a bit of a pain as the app is sometimes difficult, and whoever designed the drive-through didn’t understand curbs, but the parking lot is huge, so just walk in! Clean, fast, inexpensive, and fantastic staff. Be warned that you will always get more than enough napkins, hot sauce, and great smiles!

I have always shown up sooo hungry at Taco Bell and when I leave I’m sooo full. The food tastes good and is consistent. The staff is always polite and waits for me to dig around for my wallet. I think I eat here more than any other place. Ever.

I placed the food order on their instore tablet, noting the exceptions/customizing the order as is allowed. When I got home five minutes later, the food was not as I had ordered, and the presentation was as if some 10 year old child just threw the food together with no regard as to how it looked. And, don’t get me started on their drive-through, which is an absolute joke. After getting your order at the window, it is impossible for you to leave without either rubbing and damaging your wheels on the curbing, trying to navigate the u-turn, or jumping the curb and running over the landscaping.
