Didn’t get anything I ordered correct. Ordered 2 crispy chicken deluxe boxes, the guy put it in as the gordita box. Didn’t even get the right food for that box. Nothing other than the sodas was right. The nacho cheese for the chip wasn’t there. The guy taking the order was either high or doesn’t speak English well to the point he seems high. The front has a sign that says if the lobby or drive thru are open. The lobby was lit and it was closed. I tried the door amd the three employees smokingbon the curb in front like it was some sort of high school or convince store didn’t bother to say anything or turn it off when they went inside even after another person walked up to try the door. The guy who handed me my foor was nice, but everyone else seemed useless. Very disappointing.

The guy at the drive thru was pretty rude. We had to come back as we were missing an item. It was 11:45pm and no one was behind us so we pulled through. Our item was sitting there and he handed it to us but not before he scolded us for not stopping at the speaker. Customers should never be scolded! There are nice ways to say something to get your point across. No apology either. Bad customer service! At least the food was good.

This location needs to work on friendliness and speed. I ordered pickup inside, it said after about 5 minutes my order was ready. I go in… nothing there. So I give it another 5 minutes and try to get someone’s attention. Every employee was ignoring me and this other lady in there. Finally someone came over and I’m like my order is ready and showed him this in my app. He says I am in lobby so I assume they will start making my food. I wait another, I don’t know 15-20 minutes and ask them again. Is my order ready? Where is it? Nothing. I can’t cancel it because it said that it was ready. My ordered is finally presented to me after 30 minutes. Won’t recommend this location and definitely won’t be back. I’ll drive the extra miles down the road to go to the Martin Way location.

I would give no stars but unfortunately that’s no an option. This Taco Bell NEVER gets my order right. This is the worst Taco Bell unfortunately it’s the one closest to my house but I now drive the extra mile for the Taco Bell over by Burlington coat factory they never get my order wrong. I have retried this Taco Bell a few times seeing as it’s close. They can’t follow directions to save their lives. I ask for no beans and get beans every single time. I ask for no lettuce. I get lettuce EVRY SINGLE TIME. Your job is not that hard and my request are simple. IM paying so my meal should come as I ordered it yet time and time again you fail to follow simple instructions. How?!? I can’t comprehend. Every time. Taco Bell really needs to fix this problem with the employees.

Normally I don’t do reviews, but I feel like something should be said here. I ordered two crunchwraps this morning, and asked for sauce. I get home to find only two sauce packets in my bag. It wasn’t that she forgot my sauce, which is an honest mistake when working in the food industry. I know things can get busy and hectic, and it’s easy to miss things, but it wasn’t even missed.

I was surprised to read the previous reviews as we had quite the opposite experience here today. They greeted us upon arrival with a friendly smile; the food was shockingly fast; and the crunchy tacos were the crunchiest I’ve had in a minute. The guy taking orders was incredibly attentive and friendly. Maybe it’s new management, or something else, but this is one of the best Tbells we’ve been to.

WoW. This location was all bad. First, I pulled up to the window to pay for my food, and one employee was yelling about another employee not finishing the work he was supposed to do. 2nd, I ordered a double stuffed grilled cheese steak burrito. They gave me it with ground beef. YUCK!!! I was at work before I realized it. Nasty!!!
