They didnt give me any cheese for the nacho frys. The beefy 5 layer has no sour cream and barley any cheese. My fiesta potatoes have no cheese or sour cream on them they are dry.

Waited in line 1 hour for food. Asked for mild sauce and none put in order. Food was poorly wrapped and fell apart when removing from bag. This was brought to the Mgr attention and he felt the concerns were rude. Done with this inefficient excuse for a business. They will not get any business from me in the future. It was difficult to give them even a 1 star. Go to Taco bell on 164th….save some time and pain !!

Every time I go to a taco bell, some how my food gets messed up. I always order 3 meals, and 90% of the time, I am missing one of them. Last time I got fed up and called. They made me feel like I was a liar and a thief. I drove all the way back to pick up my food anyway. This last time we ate inside. Still 3 meals and amazingly enough, they forgot only half my meal this time. After waiting again for someone to notice me at the counter, I finally got my burrito when everyone else had finished their meals.

For those of you that love Taco Bell… see the picture I downloaded with a rainbow coming out of my local TB, it’s awesome. This location is mediocre. I can’t tell you how many times at least one thing has been wrong with my order. Whether it be the tomatoes I kindly ask be taken off while please keeping the sour cream, my drink being flat, the fiesta potatoes being so hard and crunchy the get tossed It seems like the majority are high school age or just out of high school that works here. The sign out front says you can make $16.75 a hour!! Yeah that won’t pay my bills

Every time I order from this location they always forget items which is kind of annoying. I go in and they give me the items. One night I ordered from the app. When I got there I sat in the lobby for 10 minutes. It didn’t look like any managers were around and nothing but teenagers. One comes out and says they are out of beef and they are closing the store 5 hours early. They said there are having issues and closing early and didn’t want to make anymore beef. As I was sitting in the car this same guys buddies show up and he is outside complaining about the staff and how he’s about to go off on them. Because I ordered from the app I didn’t get my $40 back. Tried reaching out to Taco Bell and no response. The store says they can’t do anything about it because it’s on the app. Stay away from this location!

Food is good, service I gave it a 3 star because they messed up on my order with multiple things. I did however call them and came back a day later and they remade my whole order and made it right, but to me it’s about attention to detail. I hope they fix this situation and just “do better” but thank you to the manager that made it right in the end.

really? you want to read a review about Taco Bell? if you haven’t been before you haven’t got to enjoy the sheer bliss of the Taco Bell poopsies. if you like my wife at least. if you like me and have an iron stomach doesn’t really matter Life is too short not to enjoy Taco Bell. The prices keep rising but so does my cholesterol level so oh well that’s how we live life. if you ever want anything customized just expect that they’re going to get it wrong it’ll happen it always does. but don’t let them lie to you it’s not half a scoop of beans in that bean burrito you asked for extra everything it should be two full scoops. and yes the extra red sauce is messy but so is my life who cares.

I absolutely Love Taco Bell, however this Taco Bell specifically has been horrible Every single time I have been there. It’s either the wrong items, someone else’s order, not having the ingredients, giving me dry beans that obviously have not been rehydrated properly or they’ve been sitting there for 5 hours. I Stood at the counter today for 5 minutes after ordering at the kiosk. I was paying cash so I had to wave someone over after standing at the counter to get them to take my money. They finally get my money, get my order in and I wait 20 minutes! There was one other order in front of me inside the store. Not 1 person was making the orders on the inside. I will never go to this Taco Bell ever again. I highly recommend finding somewhere other than Taco Bell. I worked at Taco Bell at 18 and was a manager. This would never happen then. There are constantly huge drive thru lines that take forever… let alone going in. They ignore you and play around with each other. Very unprofessional. Getting replacement food is pointless. They still get it wrong. GO TO SUPER TACO EXPRESS! It’s better, fresher and a lot cheaper.

Everytime I go to this Taco bell it reminds me why I don’t. Few weeks back I bought a Mexican pizza and nacho bell grande there was no meat on them (I did not ask for no meat) the nacho had a ton of sour cream and beans I was like oh well I’ll eat the Mexican pizza..NOPE all BEANS. Like if you were low on meat you could have said something… Last night again I bought a Mexican pizza from this location as the location closer to me was and always is busy (takes 30 min to get through the drive thru.) Half of the Mexican pizza was as it should be, the other half one of the pieces WAS ALL BEAN and the other piece (I get rice added to my Mexican pizza)WAS ALL RICE! Like is it a joke to you? Is it really that hard to make right? I would add a picture if I could but unfortunately it won’t let me.

It’s taco bell sometimes it’s great sometimes they ruin everything. They have always been friendly at this location. Always check bag before leaving they have the tendency to forget items easily.
